At Headwaters Beef Cooperative, our goal is to market locally raised beef that supports soil and water conservation, strengthens our local economy, and provides healthy, high-quality food to our community.

This initiative was founded through Cows for Clean Water, a program led by the Cass County Farm Bureau and Happy Dancing Turtle. By creating market-driven conservation opportunities, we help protect natural resources while ensuring farmers receive fair compensation for their sustainable practices.
